The Open Text Fax Appliance, FaxPress Edition Integration for Toshiba MFPs provides users a tested and integrated solution that consolidates faxing services on the network.   The Fax Appliance also gives easy access to the extended document distribution features of the fax server directly from the Toshiba MFPs.

Scan to Email MFP Device Support

With the Open Text Fax SMTP Connector for MFPs, you can easily fax paper documents using nearly any piece of office equipment equipped with Scan to Email capability. <Insert MFP Manufacturer name here> MFPs which are not supported by other connectors, may be supported by the SMTP Connector. Please contact Open Text Fax and Document Distribution Group or an authorized Partner for more details.

Toshiba MFP Device Support

The integration solution requires Fax Appliance Premier or Enterprise running version 5.0, Fax Appliance Plus Server dated 10/04/07 or newer, and any Toshiba e-Bridge II machine with version 300 firmware or above.   These are capable of utilizing Enhanced Scan Templates and include the following:
