The OpenText RightFax Connector for SAP delivers inbound and outbound fax through a gateway connection between the SAP and RightFax using SAPconnect™ and SAPoffice™ interfaces provided by SAP.

The RightFax Connector for SAP:

• Runs as a service on the RightFax Server
• Does not install software on the SAP Client
• Requires RightFax server version 9.4 or greater to install the connector

The RightFaxConnector for SAP is a supplement to RightFax to connect RightFax with SAP business systems integration software versions 4.6c and higher.

• Send faxes from SAP modules
• Create and send faxes from SAPoffice
• Receive faxes into SAPoffice
• Receive status messages about sent faxes in SAPoffice
• Configure delayed fax queues in SAP for after-hours or off-peak-time batch faxing
• Includes documents and files in outbound faxes as attachments in native formats  
• Includes forms, signatures, library documents and other objects in outbound faxes.
• Uses the automatic cover sheet features of either SAP or RightFax.
