On April 13, 2010, IBM announced that the company will withdraw from marketing the IBM FileNet Fax V5.1.0 as of May 13, 2010 and withdraw support for the product as of September 30, 2011.

Solutions for FileNet Fax Customers

Existing FileNet Fax customers can now convert FileNet Fax systems into fully licensed OpenText RightFax servers through the FileNet migration program. The FileNet migration program allows FileNet Fax customers to upgrade to the latest version of software, Fax Server 9.4, and purchase the applicable support plan.
