HP Digital Sending Software (DSS) Integration

The HP MFPs and Digital Senders are workgroup communications devices, designed for businesses that require a simple way to integrate color and black-and-white paper documents into existing email and messaging systems. Models supported by Open Text include all devices that support HP Digital Sending Software (DSS) version 3.0 or later.

MFP Embedded Digital Sending Integration

HP M-Series MFPs provide embedded digital sending functionality which eliminates the need for customers to install a seperate Digital Sending Software server.  All M-Series MFPs support the embedded Digital Sending functionality, but firmware updates may be required.  Please check hp.com for details of the required firmware versions.  Supported models include:

 Scan to Email MFP Device Support

With the OpenText Fax SMTP Connector for MFPs, you can easily fax paper documents using nearly any piece of office equpment equipped with Scan to Email capability.  HP MFPs, which are not supported by other connectors, may be supported by the SMTP Connector.   Please contact OpenText Fax and Document Distribution Group or an authorized Partner for more details.
