Fax Server for Apeos, extends the functionality of Fuji Xerox's traditional onboard analogue fax offerings by allowing users to digitize and transfer hardcopy documents to a central fax gateway, in addition to traditional fax options such as resolution, paper sizes, sides, and original type. Fax Server for Apeos includes a number of new features that will also allow users to:

• Monitor fax transmissions via a Web interface
• Send faxes from a desktop PC or as a hardcopy at the device
• Receive faxes to a desktop via email
• Store faxes in a central location for compliance
• When used with XCMS for Apeos, authenticated users are also given the option to select their personal faxes and print them directly from the UI of the ApeosPort MFD.

Fax Server, RightFax Edition for Apeos is a module of Image Gateway for Apeos which is available from Fuji Xerox.

 

Scan to Email MFP Device Support

With the Open Text Fax SMTP Connector for MFPs, you can easily fax paper documents using nearly any piece of office equipment equipped with Scan to Email capability. Fuji Xerox MFPs which are not supported by other connectors, may be supported by the SMTP Connector.
