What's new in FaxPress Plus 6.0?
OpenText FaxPress Plus for Fax Appliance 6.0 introduces a host of powerful new features for Desktop Appliance, Premier Appliance and Redundant Appliance.
Open Text FaxPress Plus for Fax Appliance, version 6.0 software improves the reliability, stability and performance of Open Text Fax Appliance, Desktop Edition (formerly Captaris FaxPress), Open Text Fax Appliance, Premier Edition (formerly Castelle FaxPress Premier), and Open Text Fax Appliance, Redundant Edition (formerly Castelle FaxPress Enterprise Redundant).
FaxPress Plus 6.0 includes the following enhancements:
- New connectors for Ricoh and Toshiba multifunction products
- Added support for newer Sharp OSA versions
- Integration with Active Directory through LDAP
- New feature for automatically responding to ANI or Caller ID sources
- TIF and PDF printer support for Windows Server x64, Windows Server 2008 x86 and x64
- Added filters for archived faxes and logs
